Located on Skeppsholmen, the Museum of Modern Art is a 15-minute walk from King’s Garden. Central Station is a 30-minute walk away. Pay-and-display parking is available outside the museum’s entrance but spaces fill up fast. Public buses are a more convenient option. The building of the Stockholm Modern Art Museum is located on Shepsholmen Island, which translates as Ship Island. This Museum is a branch of the National Museum of the Swedish capital.
